Data Relevance: The user undertakes to provide accurate and current data upon registration and to keep it up to date. FitLife Academy is not responsible for errors in the provision of services caused by incorrect information on the part of the user.
3. Payment for programs and refund policy
Program prices: The cost of each program is indicated on the description page and may vary depending on the content and duration. FitLife Academy reserves the right to change prices, but changes will not affect programs that have already been paid for.
Payment: Payment is made through secure payment systems. FitLife Academy does not store or process bank card data; all payment transactions are processed through our payment partners.
Payment confirmation: After successful payment, the user gains access to the program. In case of technical problems with payment or activation of the program, the user can contact support.
Refund policy: Refunds are possible within 14 days from the date of payment, if the user has not yet started training (for example, less than 10% of the materials have been viewed). If the program has already been started, a refund is not provided. In some cases, a refund may be considered individually.
4. Access to programs and rules for using content
Duration of access: After payment, the user gets access to the program materials for the period specified on the program page. Usually, access is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
License to use content: All materials available on the FitLife Academy platform are intended solely for personal use. The user has no right to copy, distribute, sell or publish program materials, or provide access to them to third parties.
Program updates: FitLife Academy can update and improve program materials by adding new content, changing the structure and correcting errors. Users registered for the program get access to updates during the term of their access at no additional cost.
5. FitLife Academy Responsibility
Quality of services: FitLife Academy strives to provide high-quality educational materials and services. We make every effort to ensure stable access to programs, but do not guarantee the absence of interruptions due to technical work or unforeseen failures.
Disclaimer: FitLife Academy is not responsible for the learning outcomes, as success depends on the user's efforts and level of involvement. The platform also does not guarantee that completing the programs will provide specific results in the professional or personal sphere.
Data Privacy: We undertake to store and process users' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. User Obligations
Responsible Use: The user undertakes to use the platform solely for personal learning and to comply with all rules of conduct established by FitLife Academy.
Prohibited Actions: The user is prohibited from:

Copying or distributing program materials;
Using the platform to publish offensive, illegal or unethical content.
Respectful Communication: The user undertakes to maintain respectful communication with mentors, other students and FitLife Academy staff. Insults, discrimination and unethical behavior are not tolerated.
7. Certificates and Confirmation of Program Completion
Conditions for Obtaining a Certificate: Upon completion of the program and successful completion of all requirements, the user may receive a FitLife Academy certificate. Depending on the program, this may include tests, practical assignments, and projects.
Certificate Use: The certificate confirms successful completion of the program, but is not an official license or diploma. FitLife Academy is not responsible for the recognition of the certificate by employers or other organizations.
8. Changes to Terms of Use
Changes to Terms: FitLife Academy reserves the right to change these Terms of Use. The updated version will be published on this page, and users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Modification of Services: FitLife Academy reserves the right to modify programs, add or remove features, and temporarily suspend or terminate access to services. In the event of changes, users may be provided with access to similar or improved programs.
9. Privacy Policy
